Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Sambar Creek purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Full name
- Reason for return
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Approved returns may be issued as:
- Store credit
- Exchange
- Refund (for faulty or incorrect items only)
Refunds for faulty items will be processed back to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
